These terms govern access to the Movoright public website and its forms. Use of the platform by a client company and its staff is governed by the service agreement entered into separately, which prevails over this document.
1. Purpose and acceptance
The public website presents the Movoright platform, published by MRMT NEXTGen Conseils & Associés Inc., and allows visitors to get in touch or request a demonstration. Browsing the site constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Access to the service
Access to a workspace is not open to self-registration: accounts are created by the client company for its staff. Any attempt at unauthorised access is prohibited.
The publisher endeavours to keep the service continuously available without being able to guarantee it: maintenance, incidents and internet network constraints may interrupt it.
3. Use of the site
The following are prohibited in particular:
- any attempt to access, alter or degrade the service or its infrastructure;
- large-scale automated harvesting of content;
- use of the forms for prospecting or for distributing unlawful or misleading content.
4. Intellectual property
All site content — texts, visuals, visual identity, code — remains the exclusive property of MRMT NEXTGen Conseils & Associés Inc.. No licence is granted by the mere fact of consultation.
5. Personal data
Data submitted through the forms is processed in accordance with the privacy policy. Processing carried out within the platform on behalf of a client company is governed by the data processing agreement entered into with that company.
6. Liability
Information on the public website is provided for guidance and may change. The publisher cannot be held liable for decisions taken solely on that basis, nor for indirect damage arising from use of the site.
7. Changes and governing law
These terms may be amended at any time; the applicable version is the one online at the time of consultation. The date of the latest update appears at the top of the page.
Contractual relations with client companies are governed by the service agreement, which designates the applicable law and the competent jurisdiction.
