The platform runs on OVHcloud infrastructure — https://www.ovhcloud.com. The application servers, the database and the files you upload are located in a data centre in Quebec, Canada. The contracting entity is Hébergement OVH Inc., 800-1801 McGill College, Montréal (Québec) H3A 2N4, Canada.

The public website is served behind Cloudflare, Inc., which provides DNS resolution, TLS termination and traffic filtering. Cloudflare therefore carries the exchanges between your browser and our servers. Workspaces served on a client company's own domain do not go through Cloudflare: they are served directly by the server located in Quebec, Canada.

Movoright is logistics management software for road transport companies. It is made available to each client company as a workspace of its own. MRMT NEXTGen Conseils & Associés Inc. carries out no transport activity and takes no part in the services performed by the companies using it.

All elements of the platform — code, interfaces, texts, visual identity and the Movoright trade mark — are the exclusive property of MRMT NEXTGen Conseils & Associés Inc.. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Trade marks, logos and data belonging to each client company remain its property. Their display within its workspace confers no transfer of rights.

The publisher takes reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the public site and the availability of the service, without warranting uninterrupted access. Data entered in a client workspace is the responsibility of the company entering it.

The site may link to third-party services. Their content and practices are outside the publisher’s control.

The processing of personal data is described in the site’s privacy policy and — for the mobile applications intended for drivers — in the driver application privacy policy.
